The company’s leadership team brings over 90 years of collective expertise in search, rescue, recovery, and specialized operations from their distinguished military careers. Their approach has been tested and refined through both real-world operations and rigorous training scenarios, resulting in operational excellence. The founders have brought these best practices to the commercial sector.

Pararescue or PJ’s are the only dedicated military special operators who are qualified and capable of offering paramedic level care autonomously, anywhere in the world. They specialize in rescuing personnel far beyond the Coast Guard’s reach, to areas only reachable by parachute insertion to facilitate open-ocean rescue of both boaters and astronauts. They assisted in the development of the tactics, techniques and procedures for astronaut rescue and retrieval for the Commercial Crew Program.
